What is Web-WISARD? [top]

Without any download or installation procedure, some features of Web-WISARD can be performed online by uploading the input file.
Web-WISARD can conduct

• An estimation of heritability with familial relationship matrix [GO]
• An estimation of expected power for family-based samples [GO]
• An interpretation of log file from WISARD [GO]
• An annotation of results from WISARD (login required) [GO]
• Visualization of pedigree structure [GO]

Differences with stand-alone WISARD [top]

Because of system limitation, Web-WISARD supports few analysis: heritability estimation, power calculation and log file interpretation. For heritability estimation and power calculation, ped file without any genotype information is required. Log file interpretation provides better view for log file. Please check limitation for each analysis

Safety note [top]

Please make sure that

• The input files and analysis results cannot be accessed and are not stored in our system (except for an annotation result system)
• For an annotation system, all results are stored with encryption.
• Your query can be suddenly cancelled because of system limitation.
